I purchased the car online as an out of state customer, seeing only the photos the salesman (Danny C) provided. No extra fees added at closing. Car delivered at fair price and in excellent condition as described. No hassles and straightforward. I wish other dealerships were as reputable and good as Woodhouse's Genesis dealership!

Shout out to Daisy for sticking around when we came in from out of town. Showed up at 4 and left at 5:30. She did a great job. A few things that should change, though. The vehicle was running when we arrived. That did not give us a chance to inspect a cold vehicle. From this we found out the next day the oil dip stick shows the level to be a full quart overfilled. One quart had to be drained to prevent damage to the engine. The radiator fluid was also down below the low line level and we had to add two quarts. I do not believe a full safety inspection was done or the rear windshield wiper would have been replaced. There was not any rubber on the blade, so this is another item needing replacement. To date the vehicle has run fine; however the battery is no good and we have had to jump start it twice. I will purchase a new battery tomorrow. So a mixed review, purchase experience was very positive, but some items that should have been caught during safety inspections we have had to replace out of pocket.
