A few things that should change, though. The vehicle was running when we arrived. That did not give us a chance to inspect a cold vehicle. From this we found out the next day the oil dip stick shows the level to be a full quart overfilled. One quart had to be drained to prevent damage to the engine. Kobe helped me through the process of buying a used Honda from Genesis of Southwest Omaha. The service was impeccable! I was most impressed that going into the sale, Kobe said he didn’t know much about Honda but talked to his friend who drives one and caught a couple videos. His commitment to being knowledgeable and anticipating customer need was exceptional. We communicated over text, email and the phone. Kobe was responsive and thorough every time. I bought a used Genesis G80 from a BMW dealership back in March with problems that they didn’t tell me about. So I had to take the car to a Genesis to get it looked at. Jon from the service department was very friendly and very helpful. He never gave me problems when I had to take the car in about 5-6 times within 3 months. Tony the mechanic was also very friendly and helpful. Them two made my experience with Genesis great and I appreciate them two very much!

Purchased a GV60 in October. 99% of the work was done remotely. Danny Combs was exceptionally responsive and helpful. When I arrived, it took literally 5 minutes to complete the actual purchase at Genesis. Another 1/2 an hour to an hour was needed to review all the necessary information to set up and drive away with the car. Very positive experience.

It started with Matt. We're from Colorado and weren't satisfied with the Denver Genesis dealers (see my review on Genesis of Golden).
