My wife is exceedingly pleased with her Genesis GV 80. All the safety features and Luxury appointments and the vehicle is bulletproof. Jon and his maintenance staff keep the vehicle in excellent condition. Although Genesis will retrieve the vehicle for service and or maintenance, it’s always a pleasure to spend time with Jon and his staff. And the new facility is deserving for this excellent Genesis product and Woodhouse staff.

Engine light came on. Emailed me an alert which was helpful. Got me in for service in a timely manner. Diagnostic showed a fuel line pin hole. Service waiting area very comfortable. Kept me informed where we were in the process. When the repair required more time than anticipated provided me with a loaner car. Very happy overall with the experience.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Genesis of Omaha. When I dropped it off, I specifically mentioned that the tire pressure warning light was on and that the tires needed air. I was assured that the tires would be checked and the appropriate amount of air would be added. The service itself was completed quickly, in about 45 minutes. When I checked out, the person assisting me assured me that air had been added. He explained that it could take a few miles for the warning light to reset. I drove approximately 20 miles to work, but the tire pressure warning light was still indicating low pressure. When I brought the vehicle in the back two tires were showing low pressure, but during my drive to work, it switched to the front two tires showing low pressure. This made it clear that the tires had been rotated, but it did not appear that any air had actually been added. I called Genesis and asked to speak with a service manager about the situation. Instead of being connected with a manager, I was sent back to the same person who had checked me out. He again assured me that air had been put in the tires and suggested that the issue might be a faulty sensor. He told me I could bring the vehicle back so they could check the sensor. The following day, I put air in the front two tires myself. The warning light immediately went off, which confirmed my concern that they did not put any air in my tires during my service visit. I am extremely disappointed with this experience—not only because a service I specifically requested was not completed, but because I was told twice that it had been done when it clearly had not. I am also disappointed that when I called to address the issue, I specifically asked to speak with a service manager and was not given the opportunity to do so. I have chosen to have my vehicle serviced at Genesis because I expect a certain level of service and honesty. In this case, I feel that both were lacking.

My experience with sales consultant John Graham was one of the most disappointing I have had in my car-buying history. When I inquired about pricing, John stated he could not help me and suggested I look elsewhere rather than matching his competition. Furthermore, he claimed the dealership could not accept my Ioniq 6 as a trade-in. In contrast, Genesis dealerships in both Kansas City and Minnesota were happy to accommodate my requests; they prioritized building a loyal, long-term relationship over a quick commission. Because of their professionalism, I ended up purchasing a G70 Sport and a GV60 Sport from them instead. When it comes time to trade in our leases, I would still consider working with Genesis of Omaha—provided I can work with a sales representative who values client relationships over a fast sale.

Had my new car de-badged and the team did a great job. In and out in less than 40mins.

I had a lot of questions about the Genisis and he had the answers or got them for me. I have never owned a Genisis and I went in thinking I was looking for something a little different. John showed me what was possible and blew me away in the end. I love the car and all incredible advancements available in electronic features in these vehicles. It was honestly more the I was hoping for. This beautiful sedan defiantly exceeded all wants or needs for me and my family. I am over the moon! After having basic maintenance service, the computer was not reset and now I receive reminders everytime I start the car that I require service. They destroyed my phone cord. I was told they would pay for a replacement...has not happened yet and it's been 3 weeks

I expected a high level of professional integrity from a luxury brand dealer, but instead, we were met with **dishonesty and total avoidance.** - Undisclosed Damage Shortly after bringing the car home, we discovered a **huge scratch** along the side. Because the car is white and the lighting at the dealership was favorable to the seller, the damage was nearly impossible to see during the walk-around. - Lack of Transparency While I am **visually impaired**, I did not explicitly mention this to the staff at the time. However, a reputable dealer has an ethical obligation to disclose significant cosmetic damage to *any* customer, regardless of their physical sight. Shout out to Daisy for sticking around when we came in from out of town. Showed up at 4 and left at 5:30. She did a great job. A few things that should change, though. The vehicle was running when we arrived. That did not give us a chance to inspect a cold vehicle. From this we found out the next day the oil dip stick shows the level to be a full quart overfilled. One quart had to be drained to prevent damage to the engine. The radiator fluid was also down below the low line level and we had to add two quarts. I do not believe a full safety inspection was done or the rear windshield wiper would have been replaced. There was not any rubber on the blade, so this is another item needing replacement. To date the vehicle has run fine; however the battery is no good and we have had to jump start it twice. I will purchase a new battery tomorrow. So a mixed review, purchase experience was very positive, but some items that should have been caught during safety inspections we have had to replace out of pocket.

I recently leased a GV70 from Genesis of Southwest Omaha. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole and especially with my salesperson, John G. He and his associates made the process very smooth.

Kobe helped me through the process of buying a used Honda from Genesis of Southwest Omaha. The service was impeccable! I was most impressed that going into the sale, Kobe said he didn’t know much about Honda but talked to his friend who drives one and caught a couple videos. His commitment to being knowledgeable and anticipating customer need was exceptional. We communicated over text, email and the phone. Kobe was responsive and thorough every time. I felt valued as a customer from the first to last handshake.

We had a unique circumstance buying the vehicle from out of state and they were able to be super responsive and communicative with us, sharing information as soon as it became available on a regular basis. When we came in to pick up the vehicle it looked amazing and they prioritized our time with Jake so that the documentation and finalization of the purchase was simple, easy, and quick. Both team members we worked with from the dealership were Uber professional, sincere, and great to work with.
